By using OE Marketing’s services or participating as a brand ambassador, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

To become a brand ambassador, you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

2. Brand Ambassador Role

As a brand ambassador, you are responsible for:

• Sharing OE Marketing-approved content on social media

• Referring individuals to our trusted network of clinics and professionals

• Upholding the brand's reputation and ethical standards

This is an independent contractor role. You are not considered an employee of OE Marketing.

3. Training & Compensation

We provide:

• Paid training

• Ongoing support

• Compensation based on referrals and performance, as outlined in your onboarding agreement
  

4. Code of Conduct

All ambassadors must:

• Represent OE Marketing with professionalism

• Avoid false or misleading claims

• Refrain from offensive or harmful content

Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the program.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, and resources provided by OE Marketing remain our intellectual property and may not be reused without permission.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
